1. On vinegar
Chicken thighs or shins - 2 kg;
Onion - 1 kg;
Red and black ground pepper - 1/2 teaspoon each;
Salt, spices - to taste;
Bay leaf - 2 pieces;
Wine or apple cider vinegar - 100 ml.
2. On beer
Chicken thighs - 1 kg;
Light unfiltered beer - 1 glass;
Vegetable oil - 50 ml;
Mustard in grains - 1 tbsp .spoon;
Ground paprika, black pepper - 1 pinch each;
Onion - 1 piece;
Garlic - 5 cloves;
Bay leaf - 2 pieces;
Salt - to taste.
3. With soy sauce
Chicken wings - 1.5 kg;
Onion - 2 pieces;
Garlic - 5 cloves;
Tomato paste - 300 ml;
Soy sauce - 150 ml;
Mustard - 2 tbsp .spoons;
Ground pepper, salt - to taste.
4. With mustard
Chicken meat – 1.5 kg;
Mustard – 2 tablespoons;
vegetable oil (deodorized) – 100 ml;
Table vinegar (9%) – 1 teaspoon;
Garlic – 3 cloves;
Ground cinnamon, coriander, red and black pepper – 0.5 teaspoons each;
Adjika – 1 teaspoon;
Salt – to taste.
5. With red pepper
Chicken wings – 1 kg;
Black and burning red pepper – 0.5 teaspoons each;
Garlic, paprika, salt – 1 teaspoon each;
Vegetable oil (refined) – 2-3 tablespoons.
